Where do you work outside of the MLL?

JS: Corona del Mar HS – Assistant Coach ; Sieverts Lacrosse, LLC – Founder

What do you do to stay in shape during the offseason?

JS: Lifting program.  Speed and running form program. Play tennis, paddleboard, swim.

What’s your go to pregame song?

JS: We have a whole playlist. This year specifically, probably Jose Gonzalez – Stay Alive (Bootleg)

What’s your go to pregame meal?

JS: Grilled chicken wrap. Lettuce, tomatoes, and honey mustard.

What’s your favorite part about playing with your team?

JS: Everyone cares more about the team than they do about themselves.  We play the game the right way, team ball.

What do you do in the locker room to get ready for a game?

JS: Shower, get my ankles taped, stretch, eat a banana, drink coconut water, close my eyes and visualize aspects of the game, listen to music, enjoy being with my teammates. 

Who is your sports idol?

JS: Cal Ripken Jr.

JS: I was never drafted in the MLL Collegiate Draft.
