Outlaws win battle for first place, 13-11

COLUMBUS, Ohio (July 15, 2017) - Meeting for the first time since last year's MLL Championship game, the Outlaws proved triumphant once again over the Machine with a 13-11 win at Fortress Obetz on Saturday.

Neither team led by more than two goals until Wes Berg netted his hat trick goal with five minutes left in the fourth and ultimately solidified the win for Denver.

Entering the second half tied 10-10, Denver went on a four-goal run in the third quarter. While Ohio responded with two goals of its own, rookie Romar Dennis answered with a two-point, go-ahead goal for the Outlaws.
